Об остеопатии

Сравнительно недавно в перечне видов медицинской деятельности появился еще один вид « остеопатия». Суть остеопатии состоит в том, что диагностика и последующее лечение производится исключительно руками врача.
Как часто, чтобы найти причины головной боли, ломоты в спине или колики в подреберье и т.д. пациенты вынуждены ходить от одного врача к другому, трятя время и деньги. Хотя «скитания» по врачебным кабинетам может заменить один визит к остеопату.
Человеческий организм является единой целостной структурой, где все системы находятся в сложной взаимосвязи. Поэтому нарушение, произошедшее в одной из его систем (костно-мышечной, сосудистой, нервной, психической), неминуемо отражается на других системах и приводит к дисбалансу организма в целом.
Вот поэтому источник болей в позвоночнике, например, может находиться в проблемной поджелудочной железе, а первопричиной мучительных головных болей являться травмированный копчик; постоянно холодные и потные руки – признак перенапряжения нервной системы, а причиной головокружения могут быть смещенные шейные позвонки.
Здоровым тканям и органам человеческого организма присуща определенная форма , плотность и температура. Под воздействием происходящих в них патологических нарушений эти параметры меняются : размер, плотность органа может увеличиться, изменить свое местоположение ( сместиться). При этом мышцы и связки испытывают внутреннее напряжение, возникает боль.
Обнаружив проблему остеопат ее устраняет своими чувствительными руками. Несколько сеансов такой « мягкой манипуляции» приводит в порядок всю систему организма. Эти мягкие техники способствуют
включению механизма восстановления и саморегуляции организма, способствуют постепенному излечению заболеваний и избавлению от болей и дискомфорта с которыми не справились другие методы лечения.
Вот почему посещение остеопата в большинстве случаев гарантирует положительный результат.
А достигается он благодаря уникальной чувствительности рук остеопата в результате многолетней практики, основанной на глубоких знания анатомии, физиологии и биомеханики человека.
Ведь что для того чтобы стать врачом-остеопатом, необходимо иметь высшее медицинское образование, длительное( не менее4-х лет) обучение по специальности «остеопатия».В последующем постоянное совершенствование приобретенных навыков.
Остеопатия включает в себя три раздела:
1.Лечение костно-суставных нарушений
2.Лечение механических нарушений внутренних органов в области грудной клетки, живота, таза.
3.Исправление нарушений ритма импульсов (пульсации) костей черепа .
Достоинства остеопатии.
Врач-остеопат находит и лечит первопричину болезни, которая зачастую находится не там , где болит.
Применяемые методики абсолютно безболезненны и безопасны, поскольку ее исключают грубое воздействие; их применение ограничивается физиологическими барьерами тканей.
Остеопатия эффективна – поскольку ее техники направлены на устранение первопричины, то есть возможность рецидива практически исключается.
Остеопатия не имеет возрастных ограничений.
Остеопатия альтернатива скальпелю хирурга при почечнокаменной болезни, плоскостопии, холецистите, заболеваниях позвоночника.
Остеопатия эффективна на этапе ведения беременности и после родовой период.
На приеме у врача-остеопата.
Первый визит посвящен осмотру, остеопатической диагностике и выявлению функциональных нарушений в мышечной ткани, костно-связочной системе.
Желательно иметь с собой результаты обследований (МРТ,КТ, рентгеновские снимки).Уже на первом приеме врач-остеопат может начать лечение.
Уже на первом приеме может наступить облегчение : остеопат расслабит напряженные мышцы, улучшив кровоток к органам и тканям.
Техники лечения и количество сеансов определяются индивидуально. Как правило, для достижения положительного эффекта достаточно от 3-х до 5-ти, 10-ти сеансов.
Продолжительностью от 30 до 60 минут каждый сеанс один раз в неделю.
В дальнейшем регулярность посещения остеопата зависит от показаний – это может быть и один раз в месяц и один раз в год об этом вам скажет врач-остеопат в конце приема.
